You Can Now Use Mathify Comfortably on Mobile

A small update — but one that changes how people can actually use Mathify.

Over the last few days I focused on making Mathify properly responsive. That might sound boring, but in practice it’s huge. Most people scroll their feeds on their phones. Until now, Mathify was very much a “desktop-first” experience. It technically worked on mobile… but it didn’t feel like it belonged there.

Now it does.

A Real Mobile Form Factor

The interface has been reworked so it actually makes sense on a phone:

  • The chat and animation panels now resize cleanly
  • The animation viewer keeps a usable aspect ratio
  • Progress, rendering state, and real-time updates are simplified so they fit naturally on small screens

On a mid-range device like a Galaxy A51, Mathify is now fully usable without fighting the UI. You can prompt, wait, watch renders progress in real time, and view animations without awkward zooming or sideways scrolling.

This is the kind of change that doesn’t look dramatic in screenshots — but it completely changes the day-to-day usability of the product.

A Quick Example

In the demo I tried a classic visualization:

Show how exponential growth eventually overtakes linear growth.

Even when the output isn’t exactly what you want on the first try, you can already see where this is going:

  • You prompt an idea
  • Mathify renders a real animation
  • You inspect the result
  • You can plan small surgical changes to tweak growth rates, slopes, or ranges
  • Re-render and refine

This iterative “talk → render → adjust → render again” loop is exactly the workflow Mathify is being built for — and now you can do it directly from your phone.

Why This Matters

Sometimes the simplest features are the must-haves.

Making Mathify mobile-friendly means:

  • You can test ideas anywhere
  • You can explore visual math without sitting at a desk
  • Students, teachers, and creators aren’t locked into a laptop-only workflow

It turns Mathify from a “tool you use when you’re at your computer” into something you can actually carry with you.

As always, feedback is welcome — especially on the mobile aspect ratio and layout. This version is meant to feel natural on small screens, and I’ll keep refining it based on real usage.

And if you know someone who enjoys visual math, physics, or building things with AI, feel free to share it.

Sometimes the quiet updates are the ones that unlock everything else.
